At CartLaunch, we are committed to delivering high-quality ecommerce solutions. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable after project delivery, subject to the conditions below:
Refund requests can be raised within 7 days after project delivery
Requests made before delivery or after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible
Refunds are applicable only if the delivered project does not match the agreed scope

 

3. Conditions Where Refunds Are Applicable

A refund may be considered if:
The ecommerce store is not delivered as per the agreed inclusions
Core features committed at the time of purchase are missing or non-functional
Issues raised within the 7-day review period remain unresolved despite reasonable support
All refund requests are subject to internal review and verification by the CartLaunch team.

 

4. Conditions Where Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Delays caused due to non-cooperation, delayed inputs, or approvals from the client
Requests based on personal preferences or design taste after delivery
Dissatisfaction due to lack of sales, traffic, or revenue (as sales depend on multiple external factors)
Third-party service issues (payment gateways, hosting, plugins, shipping providers, etc.)
Partial usage or modification of the delivered website by the client or third parties

 

5. Delivery & Review Period

“Delivery” is defined as the point when the website/store is handed over for client review
Clients are expected to review the project thoroughly within 7 calendar days
Any issues or concerns must be communicated in writing during this period
After the 7-day review window, the project will be considered successfully delivered and accepted.

 

6. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time: 7–10 business days
Applicable taxes or third-party transaction fees may be deducted, if any

 

7. Final Decision

All refund decisions made by CartLaunch shall be final and binding, based on the scope agreed at the time of purchase.
